EIFS
EIFS (exterior insulation finishing system) provides a durable, weather-resistant barrier. Exterior Insulation Finish Systems offer design flexibility, aesthetic appeal and energy savings. These engineered wall systems have multiple components such as an air/weather resistive barrier, EPS or XPS insulation board and 100% acrylic polymer finishes. Moisture drainage systems prevent water damage on the primary wall. Exterior Insulation Finish Systems offer continuous outbound insulation and can reduce over all building life-cycle costs.
STUCCO
Stucco is a versatile cladding material that can be applied to flat or curved surfaces either inside or outside any building or structure. Stucco provides a hard, low maintenance and fire resistant finish on homes and buildings. Stucco is durable and offers many different finish options to achieve a variety of architectural looks.
STONE VENEER
Stone veneer is known by a variety different names such as cultured stone or thin stone and can actually refer to both natural and manufactured stone products. Many manufactured stone products such as Centurion Stone are nearly indistinguishable from natural stone and can offer a less expensive alternative in many applications. FRSS provides a full range of furnish and installation services for both manufactured and natural stone veneers.
THIN BRICK
Thin brick combines the aesthetic qualities of traditional brick with increased versatility and economic benefits. Originally developed to reface existing brick, thin brick can be used to simplify new construction design and renovation projects alike and is ideal for both exterior and interior applications. Thin brick achieves the genuine look of brick while the lighter weight eliminates the need for support ledges or lintels and can reduce overall construction costs.
